Please provide more than 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. Cancellation outside 48 hours of notice will be fully refunded whereas, cancellation within 48 hours notice will be charged the 100% of the session fee.

Please note, for sessions scheduled on Mondays, the cancellation policy does not apply over the weekend. In this case, 48 hours’ notice must be given between Thursday morning and the close of business on Friday.
